Fulgore’s DP hits on frame 3. Unless you’re frame stepping, it always looks like he “just hitting you” with it.
Someone else already went in and did lab work and said Fulgore can’t pip cancel when his meter is locked out by Omen. Unless you provide video of what you’re talking about and I see what actually happened, my going assumption is going to be that he was simply DP’ing at negative frames, and that this wasn’t a bug of any sort. I’m always open to being wrong mind you, but without something to look at that’s my going assumption for what happened to you.

Congrats to you both. I kept looking but unfortunately couldnt find a bracket for that tournament, so i forfeited my two matches.
Yeah, maybe it just has that canceled look. Still kinda blows that he can do that oh blocked attacks. Its like what do you do? Just hope he chooses wrong instead right?
*** I never said it was a bug BTW… I just asked WTF he can do these cancels pretty much any and every time he Fs up and it still appears he can do it when locked out. Even if it isnt a cancel, it sure the hell looks like a cancel and its NOT YOUR TURN even though you play you ■■■ off and block everything but the kitchen sink.
