No, that’s not true. There is a little, or big, or maybe just average size, Spinal in us all. 
A man who times attacks to also deflect the opponent’s strikes is just swinging wildly? That’s a somewhat strange conclusion.
Also carbon nanotubes aren’t a metal as they’re just made of carbon.
