Not sure what to suggest my only advice would be contact LCD who is a member on here as he might be able to help you or contact Microsoft customer support.
Please refer to this thread for updates from the devs themselves.
And if you need to ask, use the “@” tag and tag users to get their attention (Just type developers after the tag). Don’t overuse it though, there are questions forum members ourselves can answer for you.

I have the same problem. Whenever i search for an online match i might find 1 or 2 games but surely whenever i keep searching for an opponent the game crashes and closes
Why this issue was never addressed? I can’t play a single match without crashing and I have a Intel Nvidia PC
