Trying to challenge a specific friend’s shadow. It shows zero shadows for him and when I select him is get an error saying “failed to retrieve shadow data from ultratech servers”. He was able to challenge my shadow. I could even play the bounty against him. I can challenge other friend’s shadows fine. A server side issue? I tried it from a Win10 machine with same results.
The frame data on Kim Wu’s Shadow Dragon Kick is incorrect. It says that it has 6 frames of startup (2,4), but it hits on frame 5.
I set a Shago dummy to do his light slide (-5), and punished it with a reversal. I did the same with Jago’s Cl. HP (-4) and it didn’t punish.
The same applies to Maya’s Shadow DP.
Also, Sabrewulf’s Shadow Eclipse hits on frame 7, not 8. I used Shago’s medium slide for that one.
Also, TJ’s Shadow Vortex hits on frame 9, not 10 (can punish -9 Vortex)
Also, Rash’s Shadow Big Boot hits on frame 3 (why!?), not frame 4.
I used medium wind kick for that one.
Did they ever resolve this ?? Brand new player here, looking to finish these -_-
Escape works in all other zones/fields/menus except for during the Demonstration (also happened on Dojo #9), which causes me to basically be locked as posted.

Most of the time when i search for ranked matches the game crashes and when i go back into the game it says I disconnected from a match. Please fix

Experiencing issues since gargos update when connecting to a ranked game. Upon finding a ranked match, the game will sometimes quit to the Xbox dashboard and register as a loss next time I return to ranked. This has happened to me about 10 times in 45 matches. I have also noticed at this point, the game momentarily flashes up “missing text” in the right corner whether the game connects or not. Only seems to happen in ranked. Game is console version.
Update: I finally decided my Qualifier status wasn’t going to fix itself, so I hopped back in ranked. It immediately told me I’d quit a match (I didn’t) and gave me a loss. But it stuck me back in Killer. Performed okay for a while then starting getting drops again. So I went into exhibition and it was fine. Seems like ranked leagues are having a problem.

TJ Combo Bug where he was dead, FULL Ultra’d, did not have full instinct upon death… after the Ultra was complete the juggle hit gave him full instinct…he then went into Last Breath and I had to fight him again and luckily I still won with a 2nd ultra! WTH??? lol

The game keeps crashing in ranked only for me, it’s happened 3 times in a row and I’ve lost a lot of points because of it. I hope it gets fixed.
I’m seeing many twitter posts about the ranked disconnect issues and probation warnings - seems to be pretty common. Unfortunately none of them are coming here to post about it so - yeah, I assume I will on their behalf LOL

I have experienced the instant character select game crash bug about fifteen disconnects in ~180 matches since 6/1. It’s really frustrating to lose the points, but it’s the kind of thing we know they’re definitely working on, so it will likely be a priority bug fix with the next patch.
I have only had about three people disconnect mid match (giving me the win) in that time, so no probation issues. I’m getting the losing end of the exchange

Right on. I’ve been solely in exhibition and training/shadows so I’ve totally missed this. I’m sure they’re working on a fix too; just noticed my feed this morning/last night containing posts about this, and I didn’t see any of those cats posting here so I figured I’d chime in.
As usual I’ll try to direct players here when they post bugs in places that devs won’t see them
No problems out of Ranked for me besides getting my ■■■ kicked lol
Only issues I currently have is My Shadow Lab still doesn’t work correctly. I cant save any shadow data. i can play as my shadow and receive bounties but no saved data or create new shadow
And then of course the TJ instinct bug I posted yesterday. besides that my game is running great!
If you’re not encountering this bug, then it might be a good time to qualify for top 32, since there will be fewer players attempting to get it as a result of the bug.

Also upon further investigation, the minions will drop if gargos is hit.
I’ve bought Tusk for my friend’s account and pay for it with my card. But this character became aviable in my account. My friend in his windows store account see, that character is bought, but it’s not in his game. Can you help us with this problem? We are both playing on PC

Since 3.1.5 I’ve been experiencing game crashes when I search for opponents in ranked matches. Initially it was quite uncommon, but recently it became way more frequent. Today, I lost 3 out of 5 matches because of this, which of course is quite annoying and irritating, I don’t mind losing to a better player or even to myself, but I really cannot stand to be credited with loses when I couldn’t even start the fight.
I uninstalled the game and downloaded it again, but the problem persists (I play on xbox one BTW), I’d really appreciate if this is fixed soon.
