No it’s not. The wall exists for a reason. It keeps good things in & bad things out. In the case of comedy “the wall” makes sure the comedy is fun and not hateful.

Sounds like a joke.
Humor can and will be offensive. Face it. There is a wall yes. Now if we act on that wall, the question remains, who decides where that wall is? Until we answer that, it is best to not act based on that wall.

The wall is anywhere the person telling the joke wants it to be. If someone gets offended, it wasn’t meant for them.
