I remember reading that. And it said something about how noone else can use the name “killer instinct” for Tv series/movie anymore? I can’t remember. But I would like a TV series…or at least a movie.
Yeah, that was the deal about the name. Fox made that lousy tv show in KI’s absense. Then when they were reviving KI they had a legal dispute over the name, and the basic agreement was Microsoft wouldn’t make a tv show based on KI and Fox wouldn’t make a video game based off of their lousy TV show.
