Issues with Shadow Lords / XboxLive for KI 2013 on Win10?

Is XboxLive for KI offline?

I tried to play KI today and I says i can’t progress on my ShadowLords gameplay (or any online play matches) because I’m not connected to the XboxLive.

I tried to play Age of Empires Online and for that game I manage to get connected to XboxLive.

Can someone help me on this matter please?

Unable to start KI "can't find my last saves"?

So i checked this morning (1h ago) on the gamehub if the achievements for Kilgore were already added. Nope. So ok, i started KI (already 5 times) and its ‘syncing to ultratech servers’ (checking downloadable content and syncing shadows) and it says all the time that my last saves are not available or can’t find my save games. But you can use KI offline. So i tried offline but then i can’t play shadow lords or anything that uses a shadow (cause i have to be online for that) or any MP game mode. …

I get similar when I try to play Shadow Lords. It says that I am not connected to Xbox live whereas Xbox live says all its services are up and available.
