Challenge the higher tier shadows. You can earn 2,000 in a single fight depending on which one you face. Daily challenges are also helpful. Any other effective methods can be listed below as they are found (also Aganos’ shadow skin is only 5,000 shadow points so get that before they increase the price).

You can also do revenge matches as well…
I haven’t played to much yet post the new 3.5 patch, but I know you can earn hundreds of points per match in these one off battles, and if the other player is online you can trade matched an unlimited amount of times (granted you guys keep beating each other) so this may be a decent way of getting some real points as well.
