Counter Breaking Feels Off

I’m sure the buffer will help. I’m only really having trouble counter-breaking mash-breaks at the moment, and the buffer should, in theory and as described above, alleviate that.

I agree. Hopefully it solves most of the issue, although I still have some doubts. The other thing that should be adjusted is the perverse audio cues that make pretty much everyone feel screwed when they miss a counter immediately after a lockout because the counter breaker sound arrives first. It’s really hard to convince people when they hear (whung… “lockout”) that they hit the counter breaker after their opponent was locked out.
