Well, Rash’s retro is cartoon because his green skin is light. Rash’s normal is more real and dark than cartoon.

That’s correct, for the base. I’d wait until you see his accessories / outfits before thinking he’s just about textures though.

i was disappointed too. I had just told my friend a couple of days ago that the beta rash was only the retro one and that I was excited to see what IG comes up with, turns out its the same sadly.

Yeah way too similar for my taste. I actually expected Rash’s default costume look to have more to it. I guess that’s the limitation of using a guest character that hasn’t been active for a number of years 
At least we have accessories and colors to look forward to.
I think we can put these concerns to rest now. I’m guessing Rash’s accessories will be like TJ’s Blade/Divekick accessories, in that they make the character look different as a whole.
I’m about to hit people with the “Flex” with hype accessories…
Rash have the same proportions as Earthworms powersuit and a quite a few people asked for EWJ so…
