No Mercy is basically KI’s fatality: fight’s done, big move to finish opponent.
Ultimate is like an Ultra but instead of a long combo it’s the fatality move.

the only difference between no Mercies and Ultimates is Ultimates can be done in a combo in this case it keeps the game flowing. No Mercies not so much. And you can argue that Ultimates do share that in common with Ultras but here’s the REAL kicker:
Ultimates truly finish off the opponent for sure.
Ultras just make em’ out of breath after a beatdown.

Ultimates and No Mercies are no different, the difference is when and how they’re executed (No Mercies out of combo, Ultimates in combos)
