I know that changes came to Fulgore’s instinct (unfortunately -___-), but is his predator arm band sound no longer being there a glitch, or part of these (unwelcome) changes?
It’s a bug. Audio doesn’t get cut out on purpose. Report it in the Official Bug Thread ASAP!
