So just went to play Ki on my xbox one and keep seeing this message, xbox live seems to be running fine didnt have any issues with any other games, i tried deleting my local save game, and everything seems to work fine on my PC, anyone know whats going on with this, only happens with KI3 for some reason

Oh boy. I have been having this issue since when the game first launched lol.
Same here. 
Had it this morning. I haven’t played since. Please keep me posted on when it gets fixed.
