Unable to see the game mode

Hi guys - Have tried it on my Xbox and PC and tried reinstalling from scratch but I can’t find it in the game menu at all.

Either I’m looking in totally the wrong place or I’m guessing the code didn’t work =/

NM FIXED: My fault not reading email properly - Hadn’t selected to install it from the game menu.

I’m also having this problem - where is the option to download? I’ve looked everywhere or am I being stupid?
