Give a cosmetic reward to the top 32 finishers at the end of each month, something like a hat or some unique item like the christmas cosmetic items that sabrewulf, orchid and tj combo got.

I like that, or even easier a color palette that is specific for top 32. Give the color variant to the last person you used in ranked. so who knows an all gold theme color option for example.
Too many people would complain. There were a ton of people complaining that the Level 50 locked color was too difficult to obtain, if you lock content behind Top 32 they’ll flip out.
Whatever. People are always going to complain. Let em complain.
