It looks interesting. I’m looking forward to it. ^^

It looks fun.

Looks like a movie for casuals who are too lazy to beat 2013 game. Lara’s actress is cute though.

shoulda gone animated and kept lara’s voice actress

Awesome! looks just like the game!

I’m sure I will see this on an airplane.

I don’t want to be a hater but I think people need to rethink the idea that ultimate success for a story driven game is to be made into a movie. You look at something like “the last of us” and people forget that such a huge part of the development and attachment to the characters comes from the time you spend with them solving puzzles and doing work. A game isn’t just a collection of cinematics that you can piece into a movie. The Last of Us would be a mediocre move, but it’s a great game. That’s not because games are inferior to movies as a storytelling medium. It’s because what works in one medium doesn’t necessarily work in another. End rant.

Looks really neat and cool I must say

I totally agree. They nailed the look but IMO its going to be another one of those video game-based flops.

It cant be any worse then the Angelina Jolie bombs

After the bombs like Tekken and Tekken 2: Kazuya’s revenge as well as The King of Fighters, I won’t be watching this.

I’d much rather use the Rockstar Editor in Grand Theft Auto V and make my own movie without risking a low Rotten Tomato rating.

Live action anime adaptations too usually fall short too

The usual problem with these thing are that they’re too different. This movie however, may be too similar.

With games becoming more and more cinematic, it’s very important for movies to have their own narrative.
