Street Fighter 4: Character/Stage Order

Considering Street Fighter 4 has a plethora of unique stages, something notable however that I noticed is that the amount of characters overlap the amount of levels you can fight on. Basically means everyone in the game can’t have their own stage right? Well, what if I told you the characters do actually tie in with the presented levels. Granted these are from my speculation since CAPCOM never spilt the beans about this in any way, even after the PS4 port, and I know in Vanilla SF4 they did have a challenge where all 25 characters were set to specific stages, but that order seems to be now invalid since the release of recent editions. Plus how I order this is a little different than what was set, but without further delay, here is my stage listings for Street Fighter 4. All Versions.

To start things off, in SF4 you get 16 characters and stages to start(minus Training Stage) which should mean each available character is linked to those levels individually. Then as for the 9 unlockable characters, they’ll share stages with the other members of the cast, one per stage. This will be the basic template for how these will be linked, with later editions adding on top of this. Some however might have 3 per stage.

This is probably not of any importance, and possibly inaccurate at that, but after looking at SF2 and 3, which in those games it gives those characters all distinct levels, seeing them never fully bring it up in 4, it just leads me wondering where they all went. And seeing how the ones I described all seem to fit with the stages listed above, this could be almost dead on accurate.

But what do you think? Any feedback is welcomed.

I am pretty sure Secret laboratory was a M.bison stage as the people in the background work for Shadaloo and have the logos on their uniforms

Edits have been made.

Also just discovered Viper’s theme fits perfectly well with the Volcano Stage, so you’re not too far off with that assumption of Bison having the laboratory.
