I have a question about the frozen corpses in icehaven. Don’t the characters fighting get bothered by the corpses around in that level? Since they are so near and in plain sight.

They manage to fight in a cave full of corpses wrapped up with webs, a Covenant warzone filled with freshly killed Elites and who knows what else. I don’t think the hardened fighters are phased by such things.

Pretty much. Especially in a game where; yoi’re fighting in the coldest regions of the planet, you’ll have helicopters shooting at you, jets and plains are bombing EVERYWHERE to kill a few lose human/dino hybrids, a stage where you are surrounded by LAVA, and well basically everything around you is not so nice.
Thing is, a few of the characters are corpses, so I don’t think death bothers them all that much.

On of them has his HEAD split in half, and only one side is awake at once!!!

I mean what would the fighters reactions be, like for example orchid, tj, jago, etc, fighting with a dead corpse right in plain sight.

Sadira’s stage has a giant spider. If a giant man-eating spider doesn’t scare you nothing will.
And an exploding nuclear reactor in Fulgore’s stage too
the problem is not corpses
it’s semi-naked corpses
Me, as a fighter, would feel offended by the sexualization of corpses
I asked Kan-Ra about it and he told me he was “literally shaking”
