So....I don't have Shadow Jago

I have update 2.12.
If I check my purchase history, I paid for the community bundle.
Where Shadow Jago should be, there is the KI logo.
I’ve restarted my console via hard reset, and unplugged the console from the internet and put it back…still no character.
Wasn’t sure where to put this…but…yeah.
I’d like to know what’s going on.

Did you install him when you purchased the bundle and then he disappeared after the update or did you never install him?

Installed him when I purchased the bundle. He disappeared last night, before the update. I figured it might be preparation, but nooope. No dice.
