I have been trying to find a resolution to this but have had no luck. I have been attempting to select Shin Hisako on the PC Version of Killer Instinct but it seems I am unable to. On the Xbox One Version, using the same account will show the character as owned and selectable. On the PC, SHin Hisako shows as Available with the option to Install. If I try to install the character, it tries to bring up a purchase page then says I already own it. If I close the message I get the below error. Any thoughts?

What was done:
- Resynced Xbox One version and tested character access.
- Uninstalled and downloaded, then reinstalled PC Version.
- Attempted PC reboot before and after the reinstall.
