Hello, currently I’m trying to beat Shadow Jago in the Season 1 Arcade/Story mode. I’m using Fulgore and he’s destroying me. What’s the best character and strategy to use against him? I really want to unlock the Season 1 secret ending.
As Fulgore, go up to him and do cl.LK, light laser, repeat until he gets opened up.
I found we was generally too lazy to punish Heavy Widows Bite as Sadira. If you stay airborne and keep a bit of spacing you can usually just dodge his fireballs and maybe even stay out of uppercut range.
Jago, block low for his slide and dp punish.
Is cl.LK the same as LK while crouching?
Never mind, I looked up online and cl.LK is close Light Kick. So the tactic is close Light Kick and light laser, right?
I beat him with Fulgore after 60 tries, you get a feeling for his style after a while and I feel I beat him without using a trick (set way). Just use short combo’s and I used to mix up sides with teleport…

I used Thunder. His Horn Breaker (I remember it being forward+mp, though the internet says hp) can easily ■■■■■ with Shago, as it can hit the jerk in the middle of his slide kick.
