Based on the number of characters (18) and the average number of words per change per character (16-80) plus some additional words for introductions, closing statements, and new mechanics…
I’d say somewhere in between 288 and to start 1440, with 720 as a good median… So with about 300 words for introductions etc, we’ve got 588, 1020, and 1740. Since this is a really big change list though, it could go as high as double the size (close to 2880, 1620, and 576 as baselines with 3180, 1920, and 976 with compensation).
Taking the average of all those numbers I tried to use logic to get…

However, since it is covering changes to not only characters but entirely new mechanics, it may be wise to double that to get 2824

So, my guess, based on my loose logic and mediocre math…
