Has the potential damage had an overall increase? I’m seeying more damaging combos with more white life (not talking about combo breaking, but maybe it has to do with some tweakings)
Nop, it stays as always.
Even more, some characters like Raam deal less PD during instinct
It may seem like it’s more because it takes longer for pd to start healing but it hasn’t been increased
