He looks amazing on it. It looks like it was made for him. I say move him to Astral Plane and have him share it with Gargos, using Gargo’s theme, and keep Shadow Tiger’s Lair for Shago alone.

If he leaves shadow tigers lair he better take his music with him. There was a deal between the two, shago would share his stage with omen so long as he could use omens theme. If he leaves shago should go back to using jagos old theme it’s only fair kappa.
Omens wings should also be active instead of only while flying.
