I’m wondering who plays KI that’s part of the midwest? Any players around the chicago area? I always feel like I’m the only person who plays from IL

I’m in Joliet, so we’re close. My controller crapped out on me and I need a new one, but I hope to get a second soon.

We don’t have a well publicized scene to show up for like Red Bull and Ignite are doing for sf5.

It sucks. I want to be able to go to offline tournaments but the fact of the scene being very small doesn’t help.

There’s more than corn in Indiana!
There’s KI. Not too much.
As in, I got a few friends to start playing.
Right now I’m a student at Purdue and there’s an FGC Club, and KI was specifically listed on their advertisements so I may go check it out.

I’m in Ohio, but that doesn’t really mean much.

I’m in Wisconsin, and yeah it seems like theres practically NO presence of the FGC here. Only fighting game people at my school play (competitively or casually) is Smash.

I am an hour from Chicago. I feel your pain, because the Midwest doesn’t get anything, other than combo breaker. I have noticed that most of the tournaments are in or around TX. I get that not all of us want to drop a few grand to see a KI tournament.
