Hello first of all sorry my english is not the greatest…

so my Problem is i bought the definitive edition on windows 10 and i installed it but when i wanted to train non of the characters are activated i uninstalled and installed 3 times still not fixed i updatet my Windows still not fixed … can somebody help me pls i wanna learn this game so bad …
