I cant believe they ended up with over 70 Gs and Pokken with 66 Gs and why is EVO donating money to Pokken for the remainder of 2017???
How did it go from 5,000 to 70,000 in less than a week? Crazy
I wont be watching, not because Im salty but becasue I dont care for any other tournament than KI. I have watched some MKX but Im def not watching these other games. just not interested.

It was silly to think that Marvel wasn’t gonna make it. Sponsored Marvel players get to spend big-boy sponsor money on it. Derrrr.
That Sunday I’m gonna be playing KI 'til Xrd finals, I guess. Maybe play some Marvel myself, cuz it’s way more fun to play than it is to watch, unless some neato unheard of team makes an appearance, in which case I’ll catch the archive.
Not even spite. Just disappointment.
I’m expecting KoF to have less entrants than KI had last year, in which case, we will have won regardless. The only way I really see that changing is if all of Latin America shows up, which I doubt.

There’s a lot of pro player money involved. It happens. It’s a shame, but I look forward to the WC, and as a bonus I don’t have to spend four hours hoping that KI gets televised and instead seeing a unicorn and a squirrel slowly circle around each other.

If there’s a player in SFV that I want to watch and if I don’t have something more interesting to do that day, I may see those matches.
I’m really sad KI didn’t make it, however I’m looking forward to KICup and other tourneys.

Well at least they are having a KI tournament anyway on the side. I hope it has more entrants than the rest of the games and makes a good showing.

Wow, if only guys like bass, nicky and sleep gave that much money for KI at EVO. And where was our viking hero when we needed him and his 10 thousand dollar donation? Just a false promise.

enjoy the game while it lasts. dont let your fun be ruined by the success of others. Thats just dumb.
KI is a great game to play, and maybe people will realize it more in the future.

I would say yes and how much money did you put in? These guys you mentioned dont have hardly any money…what little they win goes to their travel expense and to their sponsor. They dont keep much money at all. Plus lets say that Nicky won 16,000 dollars last year… do you think you could live off 16,000 all year after taxes?
Do you live on your own? Or with your parents? Do you have a house, car, utilities, debt, ect?
