I have not been able to connect to a ranked match. I have reset the game and turned off the X1, but still can’t connect. It just says searching for opponent and that is it. “It has been looking for over an hour”.
when that happens to me on xbone i hold the console power button down for 10 seconds, unplug it for 2 minutes or so, get a cocktail or quick snack, turn it all back on and it usually works then… unless there are problems with microsoft’s side of things. But 9 times out of 10 that works for me. hope this helps!
Did that before I posted. I am hoping that I don’t need to reinstall it, because I just did that with the update and it took a day.
