Because early access people will probably be able to earn achievements.

TA has achievement lists up even a month before release, it means nothing.
There at usually achievement/trophy lists for games long before the game is actually released. Early access folks who’ll be testing it are all the more reason to put in the achievements before it’s available.
After all, better to have the achievements ready before launch rather than have them not show up when the game is actually out.
I’m sure the Eyedol update will contain the finishing touches for Shadow Lords, that way the early access players can use it. So, logically the Shadow Lords achievements are coming alongside the Eyedol ones.
