HELP! shadow lords keeps crashing KI, so i cant buy the discounted packs

i have uninstalled and reinstalled my ki, but still the problems persists. it just keeps crashing everytime i enter shadow lords. @rukizzel @TotalJimkata

Have you tried all 3 difficulties? Mine crashes in all difficulties except Godlike
