This kind of attitude happens to me at 30% of exhibition matches…
I’m trying to learn some manuals/things with a character, and the opponent, when he won, start tea-bagging/taunts…
And when i pick my main, he just quit/start non-playing, so i stay here (im not tauting), listening the cool idle music.
It’s not your fault, dude.
There will be always those kind of peeps who’re cocky/scumbs just because they won with their main vs your learning character xD.
Edit: At some matchs, fortunately, i fight vs a nice guy. No taunt. No ultra, except if he’s trying some tricks with it.
Sometimes, i just don’t start the match and stand here.
And sometimes, the opponent do the same or asking " are you there, bro?"
I like this kind of fair player.
I think I can add some input on this match.
Gargos is Jagos worst matchup this season, most Gargos we face “exploit” his toolset to keep Jago at bay and from actually doing anything.
It’s different in your case because you just do it for fun and try to learn a cool character so you didn’t do anything. Sometimes you just get people like that though regardless of the matchup.
Side note: I’ve played Obi before, he taunted me once mid round, I crushed him into full ultra immediately after and he left. Needless to say, he isn’t a good sport.
I always check the replays or messages and memorize the gamer tags before I start the next match, especially if I feel they’ve been disrespectful to me.
Same thing with me, just trying to learn a character and some stupid kid thinks its cool to be constantly taunting and tea-bagging.
The only way to stop Tea-Bagging is than whenever you die and awaiting for the next fight you remove the ability to crouch within this few second time frame.
IG should really do something about this, this puts off new players from even playing this game. And the online playerbase is already low as it is so we don’t need to be running away new players
I hate to be that guy, but if you can’t handle someone taunting and teabagging you, then you might want to find something else to play.
Oh and the Devs aren’t going with that suggestion you just gave out.
Removing a move isn’t a solution.
(For example, i love the crouch position of Orchid, and i did it at almost every match i won)
===>Some positions are stylish to watch (Look ARIA and cute Hisako).
And imo, I don’t want IG removes it because of those kids/trolls xD.
Maybe adding some player’ attitude system, like LoL and HotS did would be good.
If he’s tea-bagging/trolling thumbs him down.
If he has a nice opponent, thumbs up.
that could also work.
Or also he can leave after the match is done, block the player, and report the player for unsporting behavior. If the player sends some profanity message, which sometimes they do, that can be reported also.
Not sure how taunting and teabagging can be unsporting but, blocking sounds nice.
OMG FINALLY someone who can relate!! Everytime I’m on Ranked or Exhibition (mostly Ranked) I’m playing a character I’m grinding with, and some kid taunts and teabags me so much thinking the character I’m using is my best character just to make me feel salty. I’m always relaxed however, but it does annoy me a little bit.
The best part is when Live sends a message letting me know they have taken action and thanks me for making the Live community safer.
As a Sadira main, I’m generally drenched in salt at least 3 to 4 times a day. ![]()
Kinda dumb when you realize, you’ve reported a person for doing what isn’t violating any Xbox live rules in a video game.
Only happens if they include several profanity messages and I’m being nice. Not dumb at all. It is a violation.
Profanity yes. Teabagging no.
To me that’s unsporting behavior as it isn’t a feature of the game, such as taunting.
Lol. I hate fighting sadira that doesn’t stop being above my head. But I’ll never show my salt in any messages if I lose. And my microphone is disabled, just in case I feel like cursing.
A man after mine own heart. I do the same thing.
Fair enough. Tea-bagging isn’t a feature in the game, but it certainly isn’t bad as some people made out to be.
