Bought it yesterday via Amazon for about 20 bucks (Xbox One), it didn`t work until today. Everything is unlocked on PC. I was waiting for it since the announcement of the Defintive Edition, now everybody can enjoy it.

No. Those were never for PC and probably never will be.

No, the offer ended late Saturday night, way before the end of the Black Friday sale.
A couple people contacted support about it (myself included) and we were told that Iron Galaxy decided to opt out of the sale and that it wasn’t a pricing error.
