Classic packs were not free when they came out. and if Ultimates cost money…why is that a problem? Can you not afford it? you want more content but you dont want to pay for the development of that content?
you got a good point. if IG said straight up, no paid content (ultimates).then there just isn’t going to be any (ultimates). then I’d rather have the option to have them and pay for them at will than to never have the option and have it be free.
to be clear tho. my personal feelings and the discussions I post are often totally separate.

Hey guys I took a look at the “extras section” and I don’t see anything you have to bye…Just music and stuff and concept art and all that other stuff.
So you may not have to bye Ultimates they could be viewable stuff?

IG must get so confused with their community some times.
Looks at forums: “We’ll pay for ultimates!” “Let’s crowdfund ultimates!” “I’d pay for the development of ultimates!”
Creates ultimates: “WE AINT PAYING FOR NO ULTIMATES!!!”

If they are already in development, then that means we won’t have to pay for them, right?
I have a feeling they’ll be “free” but have some ridiculous price tag like some of the shadows or huge amounts of grinding requred like mimics. Then there will be a KI gold option for people who don’t want to spend months trying to unlock them.

It’s actually much easier than you think. To be honest. Everyone lies. Well, maybe that’s not fair. Everyone says something, and may mean it. But the truest, most telling information is numbers. So what we end up doing is both listening and studying data. Surveys are a tool. Forums. Social listening. Player behavior. It all goes in to the same bucket!

I don’t know how to actually do spoilers on here, but I live in Roswell and can confirm it does not exist.
I’m sure, IF we get Ultimates we can probably unlock em’ as a lvl 50 award, personally I’m happy with that idea. Plus you get KI GOLD almost Daily so it’s not like you’ll eventully ge to buy them all.
Honestly the sooner we get info on lvl50 for Ultimates I’ll start getting everyone to that point, but that’s assuming that’s true

I doubt it will depend on the lvl 50. They already have a color and would be terrible for new players who might jump in because of the Ultimates.
That said, I might be wrong 
I would love that idea. Would there be a grandfather clause? Because I have a lvl 50 Riptor and Saberwulf just waiting for their entitled ultimate reward. If your proposal is true that is.
In the last tex stream (I think?) didn’t they say something about taking a character beyond lvl 50 and rewards would come with that? Could possibly have something to do with ultimates and/how they are unlocked
I think I recall that was a thread from a little while back and I never found out what became of it.
