I would say that this would help a lot of new comers understand the core mechanics of this game since a lot of the main mechanics for the a lot of these fighters have changed and their classic movesets has been altered to a 2nd degree.
Absolutely. This is something people have been hoping for since S1. Unfortunately it’s only getting harder to implement.

Nah, just go into practice mode with your chosen character and study their command list. 
Again, the option to have that for some players would be nice.
