I would love it if there was a biography mode, where you could read detail bios of each character or hear the bio in audio (narrated)
here is an example of how it was done on Eternal champions. - Ki would do it better!

Sounds cool! kind of like at the beginning of S! story mode each character has a quick cinematic and bio… a lot of players dont even realize they exist, but they are there and very well done!
there is so much that could be touched up with this game that are little things… if feels scattered right now and unfinished..which it is…but Id rather have the simple story mode polished with Bios and cinematic that a card based strategy mode.
Hopefully I will enjoy it…but…ehhh …we shall see.

The biography mode should have background sound effects that reflect the character’s story.

Yeah this is an awesome idea.
What would people think if, adding to this Bio idea, they created personal items for each fighter you could unlock in Shadow Lords mode by meeting certain prerequisites? Maybe add a piece of artwork to it to?

adding to the biography mode, it would also be great to have a in game music player so that you could hear the games music!
