cant play ranked or exhibition on windows 10!!!

Fixed … in case someone has this problem. I did the following steps.

  • made sure windows update was on and that you have the latest updates (i turned it off, bc i dont like my computer shutting down in the middle of projects. i prefer manually restarting.)

  • make sure the windows store is the latest version

  • make sure you have the latest version of KI

Hope that helps someone!

This actually helped quite a bit. I was having trouble and it seemed to resolve itself when I updated Windows. Maybe that wasn’t the problem, but it seems to have worked.
