I get ya. I actually had Snaptrap and Skalor when I was a kid, and now I have the reissue of the whole set. They are pretty nice.
Yup, heās pretty bada$$. The toy is pretty cool as well. It was a repaint of Generation 2 Laser Optimus Primeā¦only they left out the lights. As a truck he had headlights that would light up, and as a robot they had wiring going into his right fist that would light up his sword. Sadly Scourge got left out on this feature, which would have been awesome with his red sword.

Loved the comics as a kid, while I agree megatron, starscream and soundwave kicked ā ā ā , they had nothing on grimlock

Despite the fact that I donāt care much for the new āRobots in Disguiseā series, I think Iām going to get this guy soon.
On a side note, I wouldnāt be surprised if Ultimate Source has issues with the naming on a Glacius figure, if they ever get around to making moreā¦

I picked deceptacons. I was always disappointed that the deceptacons always got the cool transformations. All the auto bots ever transformed into was cars that most of the time didnāt even look cool to me(it took far too long for a motorcycle autobot to be made)
Deceptacons got the cool slick āvillainā cars, freaking jets! and etc. there always seem to be a lot of variety to the kinds of things a deceptacon could be while autobots seem limited.
I can think of at least 2 from the original Transformers seriesā¦ Wreck-gar, the Junkion, and Groove, one of the Protectobots (I think he made Defensorās leg.)

I had a combiner toy when I was younger, Computron, loved that thing, also, a combiner created by Grimlock, whats not to love
A plane, a racecar, a motorcycle, a construction vehicle and a Rocketā¦it had everything.

Nice, amazing how many people grew up with Transformers (comics, cartoons, toys).
It explains a lot about why the Transformer movies rake in so much money, eventhough they arent very deep (I do like them though).

Ahh makes sense. I didnāt get to watch the original transformer series.
I had the plane/jet/whatever on the far right. His nameās Strafe. I never had the whole set of the originals. I managed to get another Strafe for my collection as an adult, but I havenāt gotten around to getting the orange guns for it.
However, I do have the new Combiner wars set of them:
In fact, the only ones of the Combiner Wars combiner sets I donāt have is Victorion (a new all-girl TF set) and Defensor, which I plan to get both in the next month or so.
