So I bought Arby on my Xbox when he released, I love him a lot so far, but right now I can’t access my Xbox and just want to play a few rounds of KI. So, I go to the store, click “Install”, and i’m prompted to buy him again. I don’t want to click “Accept” incase it DOES charge me another $9.99, but at the same time there’s no alternative way I can see to get him. Arbiter is the only character i’m interested in playing, so this is a big problem for me.
Check to see if your Windows clock is properly synched with the servers. There have been reports of people not being able to play with their Xbox content on PC because Windows clock is doing weird things.
